Buddy is adapting well and has totally bonded to me. Had a home visit from the trainer to help with calming him down, which worked very well. The primary goal now is to master the dog door…he thinks it’s a “game” he can play with me. Vet says he’s very healthy. He is very protective and is learning to walk (not race) on leash. Will be working on socialization with people and animals…but he is very bright and wants to please. Not bad for less than 3 weeks!! Thanks for your help Safe Haven.
